We believe one idea, insight, inspiration or positive thought shared with
another person can have a huge ripple effect around the world,
making it a better place, just one action at a time.
MISSION
We have two goals:
1 - Provide a forum for women to connect and discuss critical issues in our society, with the outcome of fostering inspiration and solutions to change the world.
2- Support Domestic Violence victims by providing funding to support their transition, allowing them to escape their perpetrator with the goal of living peaceful, healthy, self-sufficient, thriving lives.
FORMAT
The salon gathering is an informal get-together in the host's home with delicious food and refreshing beverages where connections are made, and community is encouraged. Digital forums are coming soon. Members nominate topics that are topical in our society and communities. Experts are researched and brought in to provide multiple perspectives on the topic. Debate and solution development is encouraged.
MEMBERS
Invitations to events are extended to members. Members are encouraged to bring like minded women as their guests. New members may be nominated by current members and upon approval may become members. Members have full access to the website and coverage of previous events. There is no charge for membership. An area regarding membership will be created soon.
COSTS
The cost to host these events vary from event to event but range from $25-$65 per person. We do not charge a fee for the event, but ask for donations to offset costs and to support our mission of supporting the transition of Domestic Violence victims into healthy, peaceful, self sufficient, thriving lives.
